In the Exploration phase, we come to understand you by:

•    Assessing your current marketing and communications efforts
•    Reviewing your existing materials, including your website, printed material, eblast templates, social media presence, and more
•    Examining what story your current marketing is projecting
•    Getting to know your target audiences, and determining the most effective ways to reach them
•    If appropriate, designing and implementing surveys and interviews of key constituencies
•    Making sure we understand your market niche, your competitors, and your goals
•    Learning how your staff understands and communicates about your business
