While developing a strategic marketing plan, we prioritize the tasks necessary for its implementation. These priorities directly inform our next steps. We plot marketing activities on a calendar so that all relevant tasks and sub-tasks are identified, scheduled, and assigned.

Our process of Implementation can mean that we work with you to distribute projects within the capacities of your internal team, and work with team members individually to facilitate their task completion. It can mean that we do all the implementation work – dotting every 'i' and crossing every 't' along the way – and check in with you regularly to ensure that all work is being completed to your satisfaction. Or it can mean a bit of both. Our goal is to make your marketing and communications plan eminently achievable.

In order to later analyze the effects of any given part in a communications strategy, we need to lay the groundwork during Implementation. We define relevant metrics and incorporate evaluation tools as part of our process so that, down the road, we can look back and determine which elements have been most effective.

Another critical and often overlooked facet of implementing a strategic marketing initiative is internal communications. We work with our clients to ensure that all employees are made aware of new messaging and that all communications are as consistent as possible.
