Facilitation can be summed up as "getting the job done."

The word has many meanings, and the work involves great complexity: from defining tasks to removing barriers to guiding an existing team through a delicate negotiation. It requires knowing when to keep the process moving, and when to slow it down.

Often, facilitation requires putting the right team in place. We have had the good fortune to work with many talented people with whom we keep in touch. When our clients need an expert for a specific task, we can either call on those talents from our own past experience or use our contacts to find just the right person.

Whether we do the work ourselves or create the right team to get it done, we make sure that tasks are completed to our clients' satisfaction and to our own.
