When Millville Partners was still an acorn of an idea, we considered naming the company Sherpani, referring to female sherpas. Their role embodies our approach: we are willing and able to get you to your summit. Whether you're aiming to add to your client base, increase profitability or finish those projects that never get done, we are here to do your heavy lifting, to be your trusted guide, and to celebrate with you once you reach the top. The best part is, you won't need supplemental oxygen.

The name Sherpani wasn't a practical fit, but the idea reflects our principles. We believe:

  • In being responsive, not reactive. When an avalanche hits, we know to swim with the snow.
  • In humor as an essential business tool.

  • In using all resources efficiently (including time and good will).
  • In good grammar. Except when we don't. Spelling is non-negotiable.
